You'll be highly engaged with both the Guest and Employee Experience, so you'll be perfecting your skills in Communication, Teamwork, Flexibility, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Initiative, Problem-solving, Goal-setting, Time Management and Organizational skills.
Learn who was Jimmy Buffett?
Our program includes a deeper dive into the life and music of our founder - Jimmy Buffett. You'll have a chance to also learn about and meet the leaders of the philanthropy and charity legacy of Jimmy Buffett.
Join the Parrothead Nation
Students will have the opportunity to connect with their local Parrothead Club and engage with their area philanthropic efforts. All Parrothead organizations engage in activities that are charitable, educational and that promote the general welfare of the community that they're in.

So Really.....where is Margaritaville?
It's in the tropics some where between the Port of Indecision and Southwest of Disorder but no parallels of latitude and longitude mark the spot exactly.
There is a beach and a thatched roof bar perched on the edge of the turquoise sea. Palm trees provide the camouflage, ocean breezes bring the seaplanes, sailboats, tourists and travelers.
No waiting lines for anything. You don't have to be a navigator to get there. Passports are not required. Island music rules.
